How do digital oripa packs work?

Each digital oripa pack contains a set of randomized cards drawn from a published odds pool. When you open a pack, the result is revealed instantly. You then choose to Keep each card (adding it to your inventory) or Sell it back for credits. Every draw is powered by our Provably Fair system, so results are verifiable and tamper-proof.

Are the cards real physical items?

Yes — every card on OpenHype is a 100% authentic, physical product. All items are professionally authenticated, securely stored in our vault, and fully insured. They are not digital-only assets or NFTs. When you pull a card and choose to keep it, you own the real, physical item.

How do I get my physical cards?

Accepted Answer

Go to your Inventory and select the cards you'd like to redeem. Submit a redemption request, provide your shipping address, and pay the shipping fee. Once payment is confirmed, we'll package and ship the physical cards directly to you. We offer worldwide shipping with tracking on every order.

How can I get credits?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase credits using major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, or with cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC on Ethereum, Base, and BNB Chain). Credits are used to open packs, enter battles, and make purchases on the platform.

What if I pull a card I don't want?

Accepted Answer

No problem. After each pull, you have the option to sell the card back for credits at 90% of its Fair Market Value (FMV). This lets you recycle your credits and try again for the cards you really want.

What are Pack Battles?

Pack Battles are real-time multiplayer competitions where 2–4 players each open the same pack simultaneously. The player whose pulls have the highest total value wins and takes home all the cards. Battles are fully provably fair and available in public, private, and 2v2 team modes.

How does OpenHype ensure fairness?

We use a Provably Fair system built on cryptographic commitments. Before any pack is sold, the card positions and randomness seeds are locked and published as hashes. How do I know the cards are authentic and properly graded?

Graded cards come from recognized grading authorities (e.g., PSA, BGS, CGC) and can be verified directly on their official platforms. Raw (ungraded) cards are inspected and authenticated by a trusted third-party authentication company before being added to the vault. Every card ships with its original grading case or a verification report.
